摘    要:针对磨床3ME2116加工精度低的问题,提出用西班牙的数控系统FAGOR 8025M CNC对控制系统进行改造.用FAGOR集成的PLCI取代原继电器控制系统,对电气系统、机械系统及液压系统等进行了改造.通过改造,提高了加工精度和可靠性,达到了预期效果.

Abstract:Aim at the problem of Grinder 3ME2116 in maching precision, it was introduced that the controlling system is retreaded by FAGOR 8025M CNC which comes from Spain in this paper.The integrated PLCI is used to replace the previous relay controlling system.Three main retrofitting topics are focused on electronic system,mechanical system and hydraulic pressure system.By retrofitting,processing precision and reliability were improved,and the result is good.
