| 摘 要： | 首先对TD－SCDMA系统下小区选择／重选的协议进行分析，然后根据实际的仿真流程，得到了仿真统计的结果以及适合TD－SCDMA要求的门限值，该门限值直接影响到TD－SCDMA系统的性能以及无线资源管理与优化，对TD－SCDMA系统协议层的开发研究有重要参考价值。

| Abstract: | This paper firstly analyzes protocol of Cell Selection and Reselection in TD-SCDMA system; then, according to the actual simulated process, introduces some statistical conclusions by simulating and some appropriate threshold, which affects directly the capability of TD-SCDMA system and Radio Resource Management and optimization. This threshold value is important in research and exploitation of protocol layer of TD-SCDMA. |
