| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了一种计算高速履带车辆动力传动系统在非稳定行驶时动载荷的方法,此法将复杂的车辆传动系统,简化为集中弹性质量系统,建立动力模型、数学模型以及编制计算程序在电子计算机上求解微分方程组。并对车辆传动系在非稳定行驶工况的激励力作了分析建立了计算公式。应用提出的方法对某重型履带车辆在非稳定工况传动系统动态性能和载荷进行了计算,并与实车道路试验测得的数据进行对比。

| Abstract: | A method of calculating dynamic loads emerging in the power-drive system of a high-speed tread caterpiller vehicle under the conditions of unstable driving state is proposed in this paper. The complicated system is simplified to one consisting of concentrated mass-spring. The dynamic and mathematical model of the system are established. The exciting forces of the vehicle under the unstable driving state are analyzed and the calculating formulae are given. By applying the method proposed in this paper the dynamic characteristics of the power-drive system of a heavy tracked vehicle under unstable driving state are calculated and coinsides with the results of actual road testing. |
