自加热气敏电阻热奔走机理分析

摘    要:对自加热气敏电阻工作电压超过一定值时,由本征激发而产生的热奔走现象机理进行了分析.结果表明,该电压值随空气中CO浓度的上升而下降,并与气敏电阻自身结构特性有关.

Abstract:Thermal shift phenomena happens as a result of intrinsic excitation during working voltage of self--heating gas sensing resistance is over certainly value.The voltage decreases with increasing CO concentration in air and relates with structure characteristic of gas sensing resistance.
