| 摘 要： | 本文对红直獐牙菜的蜜腺进行了解剖学研究。红直獐牙菜的蜜腺位于花冠裂片的基部，属于花被蜜腺；蜜腺有分泌表皮和产蜜组织的分化，且有维管束分布，属结构蜜腺；ＰＡＳ反应细胞均呈阳性，产蜜组织中有大量淀粉粒分布，属于淀粉型蜜腺；通过分析认为红直獐牙菜的具维管束类型最为进化，红直獐牙菜蜜腺解剖学性状与它的染色体，地理分布等性状的演化存在着不同步呼，其原因可能是受地理和环境因素的影响。

| Abstract: | his paper discussed the anatomic Structure of swertia erythrostt'cta from Qinghai. It belonged to perigonal nectarylNectary was composed of an epidermis and nectarifreous tissues,and vascularbundles, It belonged to structrual nectary;A fier PAS reaction,cells were canon,nectar iferous tissue had a lot of starchs,suggested starch -storing nectaries. Author discuss.ed vascular bundles of nectary from Swertia erythrostt'cta was the most advanced.Anatomic characters of Swertia erythrostt'cta were not pace with other its chromosome and geology distribution characters. This cause was make by geology and circulation. |
