水和废水BOD_5测定技术要点与改进

摘    要:水和废水BOD_6测定中,水样稀释比例的正确选择是实验成功的关键之一。本文在文献提供三个稀释系数的基础上,增补一个系数0.043,共得出4个稀释倍数:0.225CODcr,0.15CODcr,0.075CODcr,0.043CODcr。在实际使用时,根据水样来源选择2个,最多3个稀释倍数。同时掌握好接种的有关技术,就能保证样品BOD_5测定一次成功。理论考察和实际应用结果表明,本文改进后的稀释倍数选择方法适用于各类水样BOD_c的测定。

Abstract:To dilute the samples of water or polluted water is important in BOD_5 analysis on the foundation documents, the new coefficient 0.043 is added by this chap- ter, thereby there are four diluted samples: 0.225CODcr, 0.15COD, 0.075CODcr, 0.043CODcr. To select two samples from these, the BOD_5 analysis canbe completed at one time and beusedfor varieties of water and polluted water.
