英国的检警关系模式经常被学者引用或作为各国司法改革的参照目标,但各国法律制度的设计或者形成都有其赖已存在的土壤和环境,所以,英国的检警关系模式不一定适合中国国情,但其运行程序的有效性、科学性仍然是探索我国检警关系制度模式的重要参照。

Reform and Practice on Chinese Relationship between Prosecutors and Police--Compared with British Practice

British pattern of police and prosecutors relationships has often been discussed by scholars,or as a national judicial reform cited reference targets,but the formation of the legal system has its own design because of different cultural backgrounds. That is to say,British pattern is not necessarily suitable for China's national conditions. But the effectiveness and scientific nature of this pattern could still serve as China's important reference.
