| Abstract: | The education functions of rear service in colleges and universities were discussed among other considerations: setting up new type ensuring system of rear service in colleges and universities; creating beautiful campus environment; changing the sense and improving their quality of the workers and staffs which are key and safeguard to realize the education functions. The realization of education function of rear service in colleges and university must be merged with the whole education system of school. Only through cooperating and coordinating between each other, can the aims of high education be fulfilled. |
