后勤社会化条件下的高校法人制度研究

高校后勤社会化改革实质就是将后勤实体剥离，实现高校和高校后勤管理模式与运行机制的根本转变。高校法人制度是建立与市场经济社会相适用的现代高校制度的基础和核心。构建高校法人制度必须通过立法，明确政府、高校、教师与学生等各教育活动主体的权利与义务，特别是高校法人单位的办学自主权，并对高校的权责问题、治理结构问题和管理机制进行科学规范。

The Research on the Legal Person System in Colleges & Universities under the Condition of Socialization of Rear Services

The essence of socialization reform in colleges and universities is to separate the rear services from the school itself, so as to bring the essential changes to colleges as well as the mode and operation mechanism of rear services in colleges and universities. The legal person system is the base and the core of the modern system of colleges and universities, which adapts to the construction of the market economy society. The legal person system building should have clear rights and obligations of the government, colleges and universities, teachers, students and other main body of educational activities, especially the school-running sovereignty of the legal person units through legislation. The rights and obligations of the colleges and universities, the structure and management mechanism reform should be scientifically normalized.
