摘    要:本文系统分析了机群保障的基本流程,厘清了保障过程中的各类约束条件,明确了机群保障资源配置的优化目标,构造了机群保障资源配置的数学优化模型.针对机群保障资源配置问题的大规模性与NP-hard性,采取滚动调度思想,将大规模优化问题分解为子问题,进而提高了求解的效率.最后以4架飞机6批次连续出动作为典型任务模式,基于优化平台验证了模型和算法的有效性和高效性.本研究为机群保障资源配置优化问题提供了一种有效的解决思路.

Abstract:The study systematically analyzes the basic operation routing for air fleet, clarifies the technical constraints and optimization objective, and constructs the mathematical programming formulation of resource scheduling for air fleet operations. To improve the efficiency of finding optimal solutions for this large-scale NP-hard problem, the original problem is decomposed into several sub-problems based on rolling time horizon. Finally, one typical and representative resource scheduling task with six consecutive batches, each of which consists of four aircrafts, is tested based on the optimization platform, which demonstrates the efficiency and effectiveness of the proposed mathematical programming model as well as the solution methods contained in optimization platform. This study provides an alternative way for resource scheduling for air fleet operations.
