The hoisting construction of boiler drum of Xinzhou Guangyu Coal Industry Electric Power Co.,Ltd.has become a difficult point of the construction because the filed hoisting equipment,250 t crawler crane,can＇t hoist the boiler drum directly,and through comparisons of some schemes,the inclined hoisting scheme with pulley block of hoister is adopted.This paper expounds the hoisting scheme of boiler drum and the main measures.
