| 摘 要： | 为纠正经济转型中七重七轻的偏颇，必须进一步领会习近平总书记的论述，把发展思路转变到依靠科技创新和深化改革提升经济质量的轨道上来，在资源配置中协同供需互动、外延与内涵发展并举，积极探索市场、政府、科技相耦合的三元机制，实现发展方式、消费方式、资源配置方式创新。

| Abstract: | In order to correct the bias of focusing on seven aspects while ignoring other seven sections in economic transformation,General Secretary Xi Jinping’s interpretation must be further understood, transforming the development ideas to the direction of depending on scientific and technological innovation and deepening reforms to enhance the quality of economy,allocating resources with the interaction of sup?ply and demand,developing both extensively and domestically,actively exploring the ternary mechanism of coupling market,government,and science and technology,to achieve innovation on development meth?od,consumption way,and resource allocation. |
