台风泥石流受灾区行动弱势者的心理特征分析

中国是世界上遭受台风影响最严重的国家之一。每一次台风来袭,都会对其控制范围内的地区产生较强的影响,如泥石流、滑坡、洪灾等。本文研究选取浙江省国土资源厅划定的泥石流重点治理区域为研究区,透过问卷调查和访谈的方式获取行动弱势者的研究资料,实证分析行动弱势者在台风泥石流灾害环境下的风险感知,探讨如何使行动弱势者面对的泥石流风险降低到正常人水平的可靠途径,以供政府部门作为决策参考使用。

Social Psychological Characteristics Analysis of Vulnerable Groups in Typhoon and Debris Flows Disaster Area

China is one of the countries which are mostly affected by Typhoon in the world. Each time when there comes typhoon, the areas under its controlling will be affected seriously, such as mud-rock flows, landslide, flood etc. Study areas in this paper are the main debris flow monitoring area listed in the Department of Land and Resources of Zhejiang Province. We obtained the research information of the vulnerable groups through questionnaire and interview, analyzed empirically their risk perception under debris flow environment, and discussed how to reduce their debris flow risk to normal level, thus providing government policy-makers with some insights.
