摘    要:采用一种具有抗菌防霉、释放负离子、分解有害气体等多功能粉体与苯丙乳液进行复合,制得健康环保型苯丙复合乳液.功能粉体经过硅烷偶联剂KH-570表面改性后,再与St、BA、MAA单体聚合反应.苯丙乳液固体质量分数为40%,功能粉体添加质量分数为0.5%.用FTIR对粉体和苯丙复合乳液进行了表征.用TEM表征了苯丙复合乳液的粒径和形貌.结果表明:多功能粉体经过表面改性后在乳液中达到均匀分散.

Abstract:A new type of multifunctional powder was composed with styrene - acrylic emulsion to prepare the healthy and environmental styrene - acrylic composite emulsion. This powder copolymerized with St, BA and MAA after surface treating by silicon coupling reagent KH -570. The solid content of the emulsion was 40wt%, and the percentage of the powder was 0.5wt%. The powder and the composite emulsion were characterized by FTIR. The particle size and the morphologic structure of the styrene -acrylic composite emulsion were characterized by TEM. The results of this study showed that the powder could disperse equably in the emulsion after surface treatment.
