| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨颅内蛛网膜囊肿的CT表现及鉴别诊断。方法：搜集经临床和CT确诊的颅内蛛网膜囊肿36例．对其CT表现进行回顾性分析。结果：颅内蛛网膜囊肿CT表现具有特征性，容易诊断和鉴别诊断，颞区蛛网膜囊肿是引起癫痫发作的原因之一。结论：CT对颅内蛛网膜囊肿的诊断具有较高的准确性，是发现蛛网膜囊肿的有效方法。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore CT finding and differential diagnisis of cyst in encephalic.Methods: CT manifestations of arachnoid cyst in encephalic were retrospecticely analyzed in 36 diagnosed by clinic and CT.Results: CT manifestations of arachnoid cyst in encephalic has characteristic,and easy diagnosis or differential diagnosis.The one of cause of epilepsy was aroused by arachnoid cyst of temporal part.Conclusion: The accurate rate of CT diagnosis with arachnoid cyst in encephalic is high.CT examination is an effective method for detecting arachnoid cyst in encephalic. |
