羽毛针禾交配系统的SSR分析

摘    要:利用SSR共显性标记位点对新疆准噶尔盆地羽毛针禾(Stipagrosits pennata(Trin.)De Winter)居群进行了交配系统研究。采用20个家系共160个子代样品测定了该居群花粉库基因频率、固定指数(F)、多位点异交率(tm)和单位点异交率(ts)。结果显示该居群异交率处于较高的水平(tm=0.839),多位点异交率与单位点异交率差异较显著(tm-ts=0.178),固定指数(F)的估计值大于0(F=0.158),表明该居群以异交为主,但双亲近交较明显。这可能是受居群密度、风力等因素影响的结果。

Abstract:Mating system in an open-pollinated breeding population Stipagrostis pennata was estimated by the codominant SSR makers.A total of 160 individuals of S.pennata were investigated by using of 8 pairs of SSR primers.The multi-locus outcrossing rate(tm)was 0.839 and the single-locus outcrossing rate(ts)was 0.661.The multi-locus outcrossing rate did not significantly differ from the single-locus outcrossing rate(tm-ts=0.178).The fixation index(F) was 0.158.The estimations of tm,ts and F clearly indicate that outcrossing is predominant in the open-pollinated breeding population S.pennata,but the inbreeding is obvious.This is possibly influenced by factors such as plant density,wind power and so on.
