| Abstract: | The approximate lower confidence bound for the reliability of the component is obtained by using Best Linear Unbiased Estimate and Best Linear Invariant Estimate for parameters.The exact lower confidence bound for the reliability of the component is also discussed and the fact is explained that the exact lower confidence bound is better than the approximate lower confidence bound.Finally, a numerical example is given under a special probability model,and the evaluation for the approximate and exact lower confidence bounds is conducted. |
