动态应力集中的优化研究

摘    要:用有限元法和动态光弹性法研究了带有圆孔的平面直杆在冲击载荷作用下动态应力集中的优化问题。结果表明,在主孔下方引入辅助孔可减小动态应力集中系数,得出了动态应力集中系数随辅助孔直径的变化规律,获得了辅助孔的优化尺寸。

Abstract:This paper researches the strut with hole subjected to an axial impact loading to reduce the dynamic stress concentration by means of dynamic photoelasticity and finite element method. It was shown that the dynamic stress concentration factor (DSCF) K_d of the main hole can be reduced by introducing an auxiliary hole under the main hole. The variation of the DSCF with the size of the auxiliary hole had been found and simultaneously the optimum size of the auxiliary hole was obtained.
