吸水性对尼龙1010/6力学性能的影响

摘    要:通过尼龙1010/6共聚物湿法单轴拉伸应力-应变曲线,研究了该系列共聚物在达到最大吸水率时的力学性能与组成的关系。发现两种共聚组分重量比接近60:40时,杨氏模量,弯曲模量及屈服应力较小,而相应的屈服应变、断裂应变较大;重量比接近80:20时,断裂能最大。与干法测试结果相比,弹性模量及屈服应力,屈服应变均下降,断裂应变增大,断裂强度,断裂能有不同程度改变。

Abstract:The mechnical properties of PA1010/6 copolymers had been investigated through damp test as a function of composition. It was found that the water absorption resultes in decreases in the modulus, strain and stress at yield point and the hardening ratio. It was also found that the modulus and the stress at yield point attain minimum values for about 40W% of comonomer caprolactam content, and that the strain attains maxima value approximating to the same composition.
