| 摘 要： | 文章通过分析现行公路工程技术标准和城市道路交通设计规范中的3类道路以及城郊结合部交通特征及发展趋势，结合设计经验和实际条件，针对3类道路存在的不足，探索城郊结合部干道的功能要求和建设思路，并提出快速公路的概念。

| Abstract: | By analyzing three types of road in the Technical Standard of Highway Engineering or Code for transport planning on urban road and development of traffic characteristics in the Urban-Rural Connected Belt. Considering design experience and the actual conditions of the road for three types of deficiencies, combined with the department of suburban roads, the paper explores the functional requirements and the construction of ideas and puts forward the concept of expressways. |
