油井套管水力挤压破坏性质

摘    要:分析了套管挤压理论的发展概况,认为已有计算理论不太完善。国内外生产中实用的抗挤计算方法不符合实际情况。从工程力学角度分析了强度与稳定两种不同的性质,给出了不同的解题原则,并将其应用于分析套管受挤破坏性质。结果表明,理想圆管的受挤破坏可能是弹性结构失稳,也可能是弹塑性结构失稳;而椭圆管的受挤玻坏则常常是弹塑性结构失稳。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the development of theoretical studieson compressive collapse of well casings and reaches a conclusion that the current theory of well casings collapse needs to be perfected,and the applied methods for calculating collapse in engineering practice are not satisfactory.According to engineering mechanics,this paper analyzes the difference between strength and stability of a structure.Two different methods for calculating the strength of a structure were obtained,and applied to the analysis of collapse characteristics.The results showed that compressive collapse of an ideal circular pipe is possibly resulted from either elastic instability or possibly elasto-plastic instability of a structure,whereas the collapse of an imperfect circular pipe is resulted from elasto-plastic instability of a structure.
