| 摘 要： | 采用红外光谱法对柠檬酸高级脂肪醇单酯合成过程中的原料、中间体及产物进行了分析测试 ,通过对红外光谱图的分析比较 ,证明了直接合成柠檬酸高级脂肪醇单酯的工艺路线是可行的 .
