| 摘 要： | 听力教学是英语教学的重要组成部分，也是我国高校学生学习英语的难点和薄弱环节，本文对影响听力理解的主要因素进行了分析探讨。研究结果表明，英语听力水平受到诸因素的制约，英语语音、词汇、文化背景知识，以及学生的心理因素与听力技巧都有显著的相关性，并提出了相应的教学方法和对策。

| Abstract: | Listening comprehension is one of the vital parts of foreign language teaching and learning, This paper has introduced the key factors in English listening ability. The result of research shows that the listening ability is influenced by pronunciation, vocabulary, cultural background and listening skills. In the end the author puts forward the corresponding improving strategies. |
