摘    要:首先建立了关于tempered 分数阶导数的比较原理和不等式,然后利用凸Lyapunov函数建立了含Caputo型tempered分数阶导数的微分方程初值问题解的全局存在性和稳定性的判断准则.

Abstract:Firstly, the comparison principle and inequality about the tempered fractional derivative are established, then the convex Lyapunov function is used to establish the criteria for the global existence and stability of the initial value problem of Caputo tempered fractional derivative.
