| Abstract: | In this paper technology strategy and three typical patterns of development of HiTech industry are discussed.Each of these patterns has its own characteristics closely related to its historical back-ground, political and economic environment and traditional culture etc. In the discussion the importance successful application of strategy is emphasized. Finally, some point of view of the development of Hi-Tech are presented. |
