艺术类大学生价值观教育刍议

艺术类大学生大多重现实,求实惠,对于如何形成正确的价值观的认识存在着一定的盲目性和片面性,观念上的重专业轻变化、学习上的重技巧轻理论、伦理上的重个体轻集体、志向上的重眼前轻长远,集中体现了他们一些人目光短浅、急功近利的思想。为确保他们形成健康的价值观,必须以德为主线,以思想政治素质为核心,从其自身的角度理顺“德”与“才”、个人与集体和社会的关系入手,以学会做人为起点,抓住关键环节,培养其德智体全面发展,使其能跳出个人利益的小圈,树立服务意识和奉献精神。

A Modest Proposal for Value Education of Art Students

Most art students are extremely preoccupied with reality and material returns, and show to some extent blindness and one sidedness about how to cultivate correct values. They value speciality but neglect general knowledge,value the individual but neglect the collective, value the present but neglect the future. In a word, they typically expose some students' short sightedness and anxiety for instant success and quick profits. To see to it that they breed healthy values, the college must try to improve their ethical level and political quality, help them correctly handle the relations between "integrity" and "ability", between the individual and the collective, and enable them to develop in an all round way (morally,intellectually and physically) and get ready to serve the people heart and soul.
