螺旋孔型斜轧连接颈受力分析

针对球墨铸铁的螺旋孔型斜轧试制中存在的主要轧制缺陷之一的早断现象，推导并建立了轧制过程中的轧件连接颈受力分析模型。通过两个实例分析计算，解释了连接颈在成形段初期或中期出现的早断现象，为轧辊参数的设计提供了依据。

An Analysis of the Screw Groove Diagonal Rolling Linking Neck Subject to Force

In this paper, an analytical model of the rolling part linking neck subject to force is deduced and established in the process of rolling with an aim at solving the main rolling defects such as early abruption existing in the tests of screw groove diagonal rolling of ductile iron. An analysis and calculation of two practical examples account for the early abruption of linking neck occured in the initial or metaphase of shaping formation, thereby providing the basis for the design of rolling parameters.
