摘    要:采用有限元软件ANSYS/LS-DYNA模拟水介质爆炸容器在不同TNT当量炸药于容器中心处爆炸时的动态响应,并与实测数据进行比较。结果表明,容器筒体爆心环面处的应变幅值在第一个周期内就达到最大值,并且其值大于筒体上其他点的最大应变;在容器椭圆封头处出现应变增长现象,封头顶端的最大主应变峰值大于筒体爆心环面处的应变峰值,且封头顶端的加速度峰值也明显大于爆心环面处的加速度峰值,仿真计算值与实测值吻合较好。在设计同类水介质爆炸容器时,应重点加强筒体爆心环面处和封头顶端。

Abstract:When different TNT equivalent explosives blasted in the vessel center,the dynamic response of explosive vessel in aqueous medium was simulated by finite element software ANSYS/LS-DYNA. The simulation values were compared with the measured data. The results show that the strain amplitude at cylindrical shell around the explosive center rises to its maximum value during the first cycle, which is larger than those at other parts of cylindrical shell; the strain growth phenomenon is found at the elliptical cover; the peak values of the largest principal strain and acceleration at the top of elliptical cover are larger than those at cylindrical shell around the explosive center, respectively, and the simulation values agree well with the measured data. When designing the same explosive vessels used in aqueous medium,designers should pay more attention to the elliptical cover of the vessel and the center part of cylindrical shell.
