XL2576本安型不间断电源的设计与实现

摘    要:设计了一种矿用直流不间断电源,解决了矿用供电电网停电导致通信及监控设备无法正常工作的现状.该系统采用降压型DC-DC转换器XL2576、三端可调稳压管LM317T及LM339实现对不间断电源的管理.在交流供电正常时,由交流供电系统供电;当交流电发生故障时,由镍氢蓄电池提供电源,满足了矿用不间断电源的要求.测试结果表明:所设计的电源负载效应及源效应均小于5%,纹波电压小于1%,满足本安型电气设备的要求.

Abstract:In order to solve the problem that the communication and monitoring equipments don't work due to grid failure,a mine-used uninterruptible power supply was designed. The management of uninterruptible power supply was realized by DC-DC Converter XL2576,LM317 T and LM339. When AC power is not normal,the Ni-MH battery supplies power,so the continuous work of the loaded resistance is ensured. The test results showed that the designed power supply has low load effect and source effect lower than 5%,wave voltage under 1%,the specification reached the requirements of intrinsically safe electrical equipment.
