| 摘 要： | 本文介绍一种新型的语音压缩编码方法——矢量和激励线性预测编码(VSELP)、着重讨论 VSELP 编码原理及结构、VSELP 编码方案中矢量和码本的特点及其降低运算量的数学基础、以及 VSELP 方案中所采用的降低算法复杂性,提高合成语音质量、增强抗信道噪音韧性的技术。最后简要介绍 VSELP 编码实现时硬、软件结构设想。

| Abstract: | In this paper,We describe a novel approach to the compr- essed encoding of speech,Vector sum exicited linear Prediction,(VSELP), Firstly,VSELP vocoder's principle and structure are emphatically discussed. Secondly,the speciality of vector sum codebook and the base to reduce the computational complexity mathematical principle are finely described. Thirdly several methods to enhance Vocoder's quality,Which are simpli- fying the computational complexity,enhancing the reconstructed speech quality and enhanciny robustness to channel errors,are introduced.Finally, the hardware and the software of the VSELP vocoder are proposed. |
