无源软开关三电平Buck/Boost电路

摘    要:为了提高系统的效率,且不增加控制的复杂性,将一种无原理性过压的无源无损吸收电路单元引入该电路.文中详细地介绍了Buck/Boost电路的三电平无源无损软开关电路的原理和工作过程,给出了相应的设计要点,并进行了仿真研究,所有功率器件均工作在软开关状态.

Abstract:Two passive lossless snubber cells are added to the three-level circuit to soften the switching processes of the switches and freewheeling diodes and the principle and implementation approaches of the three-level circuit are described. A three-level Buck/Boost topology circuit's operating principles and design considerations are discussed in detail. At last, the simulated result indicates that the circuit can realize the three-level function and increase system efficiency as well as lead to not any over-voltage stress on main power switches.
