| Abstract: | Starting from Daqing, a typical energy resource area in the Northeast of China, this paper selects the petroleum, the most representative resource in this area, to carry on a case study, makes crisis analysis on the potential difficulties of Daqing area in the time of transforming from planned economy to free market economy by using the export base theory, and expounds the economic prospect of Daqing Oiol Field and the policy guidance that should be taken. |
