腰腿痛胶囊对化学性神经根炎模型大鼠抗炎镇痛作用的实验研究

摘    要:研究腰腿痛胶囊对化学性神经根炎模型大鼠的影响。复制大鼠化学性神经根炎模型,模拟腰椎间盘突出症,分别在造模后3d、7d、14d、21d刺激物所致肉芽肿质量、神经根及其周围组织中炎症介质(前列腺素E2、5-羟色胺)水平的检测及神经根的组织病理学观察。腰腿痛胶囊可显著降低神经根周围组织中的前列腺素E2(P〈0.01)和5-羟色胺(P〈0.01)水平,抑制炎症肉芽组织增生(P〈0.05),减轻炎症反应程度,减轻化学性炎症对神经根的损害。腰腿痛胶囊具有抗炎镇痛作用,该作用可能是其临床治疗腰椎间盘突出症的药理机制。

Abstract:To study anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect of Yaotuitong capsule on experimental rats with chemical radicular neuritis, 96 wistar rats were divided into four groups: Normal, Blank, Aspirin and Yaotuitong capsule group. Chemical radicular neuritis was duplicated by operation to simulate lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion. Then, the level of mediators of inflammation, the granuloma mass caused by stimulus was detected at 3, 7, 14 and 21 days after operation, respectively. Yaotuitong capsule significantly depressed the level of PGE_2 (P<0.01)and 5-HT(P<0.01)of the local tissue around nerve root, it also could inhibit the growth of the granuloma (P<0.05). Yaotuitong capsule has the anti-inflammatory and analgesic effect, which may be one of its pharmacological mechanisms for lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion.
