水箱配件寿命自动检测动作系统设计与实现

摘    要:以机电一体化理论为基础,针对水箱配件寿命检测周期长、产品形式多样化的特点,设计并实现了水箱配件寿命自动检测动作系统。该系统实时监测并动态显示电机运动状态,具有故障自动诊断功能,在硬件正常情况下自动恢复检测,无需人工干预。

Abstract:A motion control system in auto detection of water tank parts' life system is designed and implemented based on the theory of mechanochonics,on the condition that detection cycle of the system is long and the form of the product is multiple. The system can monitor the process of detection and display the state of the motor motion. The system can diagnose the type of fault and resumption the detection on no faults of all hardware with no men intervention.
