喷钼涂层与ZL105同平面磨削的实现

摘    要:热喷涂技术作为一种新兴的表面处理工艺技术改善了产品的综合性能,但喷涂层与基体不同材料的同一几何尺寸精密加工是制约其性能发挥的关键。某小型航空发动机气缸盖由于有喷钼涂层,不同材料的同一平面磨削时难加工是制约该型号发动机性能的关键工艺。针对该气缸盖的特殊结构及喷涂层特点,文中采用合理的磨削工艺参数、合适的砂轮及适当的装夹方式,在精密平面磨床上实现了对喷钼涂层与ZL105同一平面的磨削。实践证明,该工艺方法解决了ZL105与喷钼涂层同一平面磨削的精密加工难题,提高了磨削效率,改善了工件形状精度和表面粗糙度。

Abstract:The heat sputtering is a booming technology in surface treatment methods and it improves integrative performance of products, but the precision machining about different material for the same dimension is very hard, which restricts the development of the heat sputtering technology. Because of the different material with cylinder lid of one mini-aero engine, the hard machining process of grinding on the same plane is a key, which affects its performance. According to the special construction of cylinder lid and property of sputtered layer, the process of grinding on ZL105 and molybdenum plating on the same plane with precision plane grinding machine has been analyzed and studied. Then, the rational parameter of grinding process, appropriate grinding wheel and the wise fixing have been given. The issue of grinding birmasil ZL105 and molybdenum sputtering has been solved on the same plane grinder. As a result, high grinding efficiency, shapely size and well surface quality have been accomplished.
