油包水型乳化液剪切破乳的动力学研究

摘    要:介绍了乳化液剪切破乳的思想,设计了双圆筒剪切装置形成薄层纯剪切流场,并进行流场分析。通过对油包水型乳化液的小水滴进行动力学分析,得出控制适当的剪切率,有利于液滴聚合,可以提高油水分离效率。

Abstract:The thought of shearing demulsification was introduced. A double cylinder device which form lamina shear flow was designed and flow character was analyzed. By analyzing the kinetics of droplets in W/O emulsion, the shearing rate which was propitious to the polymerize of droplet should be controlled in a proper range to improve the separating efficiency.
