| Abstract: | As an important platform to cultivate students' practical skills and innovative spirits, legal education base should be the main way to implement the concept of legal practice teaching. Based on the present construction of the legal education practice base, this paper puts forward the suggestions that the index system and the evaluation standard for the practice base be set up, the design and arrangement of the practical teaching curriculum be improved and the utilization rate of the practice base be enhanced for the purpose of solving the problems in the construction of the legal education practice base in our country. |
