摘    要:开发了一种温和、高效的以腙为配体的铜催化系统Cu2O/2-噻吩甲醛-N-甲基苯腙(4a)/Cs2CO3/DMSO,并在相对温和的条件下,将该系统用于催化胺与芳卤的交叉偶联反应,表现了良好的催化活性。交叉偶联反应的最大收率达到了80 %。实验表明,该类配体是稳定的、价廉的且可从市场上得到的原料,易于通过简单的方法进行制备。

Abstract:A mild and highly efficient copper-catalyzed system, i.e, Cu2O/2-thiophenolaldehyde-N-methyl phenyl hydrazone (4a)/Cs2CO3/DMSO for cross coupling reaction of amines with aryl halides using hydrazone as ligand was developed and good catalytic activity was revealed. The reactions were carried out under relatively mild condition. The optimal yield reached to 80% for cross coupling reactions. It was showed that hydrazone ligands were stable, low-cost and easily prepared from inexpensive, commercially available starting materials using a simple, efficient method.
