起步、融合与创新:基于LMT的跨国公司语言管理分析框架与中国实践

语言管理理论(LMT)是继语言经济学、跨国公司管理之后,出现的新兴跨学科研究理论。2016年以后,中国企业跨国投资趋势增强,探讨中国企业跨国经营中的语言管理就具有较强的实践意义。首先梳理了语言管理理论的一般性框架,将LMT嵌入跨国公司语言管理分析框架,明晰了语言管理所采取的规范研究方法,重构出具有语言管理属性的跨国公司管理框架,聚焦跨国公司语言管理实践行为,并对中国企业海外经营可能遇到的语言管理问题进行了预测和探讨。

Initiation,Integration, Innovation: Construction on the Framework of Language Management in MNCs Based on LMT and its Practice in China

Language Management Theory (LMT), a new interdisciplinary research theory, emerged and developed from the research of language economics and multinational corporation management. The strong practical significance to explore the language management in transnational operation has been enhanced with the trend of transnational investment of China enterprises from 2o16. In this paper, the authors review the general framework of LMT, clarify the methodology in LMT, embed LMT into the multinational corporation management, and further rebuild the new multinational corporation management theoretical framework with the features of LMT. The practice of language management of multinational corporations has been focused and the possible language management problems that may be encountered are predicted and discussed.
