Development and Optimization of Training Program of Software Technology Based on CDIO Mode

This paper deals with the development and optimization of professional training program of software technology based on CDIO mode in Dalian Neusoft University of information. After positioning professional post, determining the training objectives and analyzing the job skills, the curriculum system is finally obtained. The development and optimization of the training program of software technology shows that the university is in the process of deepening the teaching reform, innovating the teaching methods and exploring the ways of diversification, which provides guidance to train advanced technical professionals to adapt to the times.
