以营造社为视角的乡村在地营建协同机制研究

以乡村建设为研究对象,结合营造社的实践模式与作用特征,利用其以小见大、以点带面的触媒激发作用原理,对在地营建工作的概念确认、乡村调查形式与内容、数据库建立-核心目标等各环节进行解析,提炼具有创新性、地域性、可操作性的方法,激发乡村活力的整体复兴,并构建出“上下协同、内外耦合、广泛参与、根治乡土、永序发展”的协同营造机制。在影响乡村经济、乡村空间结构的同时,催化乡村发展过程的阶段进步,并激发乡村功能的完善,从而实现乡村功能提升与乡土全面复兴的双重跨越。

A Study on the Cooperative Mechanism of Rural Placement in the Perspective of Construction Agency

Taking rural construction as the research object, from the view of the construction agency, through the analysis of practice and function characteristics of construction agency, the concept of construction work in land from confirmation, rural reading, database establishing to core target is analyzed deeply using the catalyst principle of ‘from point to area’. The method with innovation, regionality, operational strategy is refined, the vigor of rural overall revival is aroused, and a collaborative construction mechanism is built. The collaborative construction mechanism not only affects the rural economy and rural spatial structure, but also catalyzes the rural development progress and stimulates the improvement of the rural function, so as to realize the double cross of rural local comprehensive revival and improvement.
