《企业管理案例分析》教学探析

摘    要:相较于其他管理学教学方法,《企业管理案例分析》教学突出问题导向、实践取向和实际能力趋向,将培养学生独立思考与鼓励学生融入团队并重,将案例学习与学生未来就业创业紧密结合。完整的企业管理案例教学过程由案例背景介绍、案例展开,以及案例讨论、分析与总结三个阶段组成,其要素包括管理案例、教学组织、教师和学生,只有在教学中恰当、准确和综合发挥四要素的作用,才能够确保案例教学的有效性。

Abstract:Compared with other management science teaching, "Business management case analysis" teaching lays more emphasis on issue, practice and the practical capabilities of students. This course intends to cultivate students' independent thinking and encourage them to develop team spirit. Moreover, it combines case teaching with their employment and innovation. A complete business management case study covers an introduction to the case background, the development of the case, as well as discussion, analysis and summary of the case. Management case, teaching organization, teachers and students are essential factors in teaching. If teachers can handle these factors properly, precisely and comprehensively, they can ensure their teaching effectively.
