芳杂环亚胺类N,N(O,S)-双齿配体合成与表征

摘    要:利用廉价易得的2-呋喃甲醛、2-噻吩甲醛、2-吡啶甲醛等杂环芳甲醛以及正丁胺、苯胺等脂肪及芳香伯胺等为原料,在温和的实验条件下,合成了18种N, N(O, S)-亚胺类双齿配体。得到了优良的分离收率,最高达到了97%。产物为液体或固体化合物,分别测定了固体的熔点,并通过核磁共振谱(1H NMR及13C NMR)及高分辨飞行时间质谱(HRMS)对所得产物的组成及结构进行了表征,表明其与目标化合物相符。

Abstract:By using inexpensive and readily available hetero aromatic aldehyde, i.e. 2-furanaldehyde, 2-thiophene formaldehyde, 2-pyridine formaldehyde and aliphatic or aromatic primary amine, namely, n-butylamine, aniline and so on, eighteen N, N(O, S)-bidentate ligands of aromatic heterocyclic imine were synthesized by simple reaction under mild experimental conditions. Good isolated yields were obtained and up to the maximum of 97%. The products were liquid or solid, and the melting points of solid products were determined. All products were characterized through nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum (1H NMR and 13C NMR) and high resolution time-of-flight mass spectrometry (HRMS). It was proved that the structures and components corresponded with target compounds.
