辽宁农村产业融合的态势与机制建设

在国家以及地方政府的政策推动下,辽宁省各地的一二三产业融合呈现出产业链条延长、功能丰富、模式多样的新态势。但总体而言,农村产业融合还处在初级阶段,仍存在产业融合度较低、产业链条短、农业功能挖掘不深、融合层次不宽泛等问题。推进农村产业融合,不仅需要构建创新机制,也需要完善保障机制。

Situation and Mechanism Construction of Rural Industrial Convergence in Liaoning Province

Under the policy of national and local governments, the convergence of primary industry, secondary industry and tertiary industry in Liaoning province presents a new trend of industrial chain extension, rich functions and diverse patterns. However, rural industrial convergence is still at the initial stage. Problems like low industry convergence degree, short industrial chain, not-fully-played agricultural function and narrow industrial convergence still exist. In light of these problems, the paper offers the proposal that innovative mechanisms be constructed and safeguard mechanisms be perfected in order to propel the integration of rural industries.
