摘    要:测定了盐胁迫下的好氧活性污泥中转化酶和脲酶的变化情况,结果表明,随着盐度的逐渐升高,转化酶的活性也逐渐升高, 脲酶活性降低,活性污泥的耗氧速率降低。在30 g·L-1盐度条件下,转化酶活性达到最大,其升高率为75.3 %;在35 g·L-1盐度水平时,脲酶活性最大降低率为23.5 %,活性污泥的耗氧速率最大降低率为98.6 %。综合各个表征指标,转化酶因其相应敏感且测试精密度高,因而被推荐作为表征污泥活性的敏感指标。

Abstract:The changes of invertase and urease in aerobic activated sludge under salt stress were determined in this paper. The results show that with increased salinity, invertase activity was increased, while urease activity and oxygen consumption rate of activated sludge were reduced. Under the salinity condition of 30 g·L-1, invertase activity reached maximum, with the increase rate of 75.3%. When salinity level was at 35 g·L-1, the biggest reduce rate of urease activity was 23.5%, and the biggest reduce rate of oxygen consumption rate of activated sludge was 98.6%. Together various characterization index, invertase is recommended as a sensitive indicator of characterization of activated sludge because of its corresponding sensitivity and high testing precision.
