| 摘 要： | 为加强对蒙古地区的治理,康熙皇帝于热河地区建立木兰围场与避暑山庄。康、乾二帝频繁巡幸热河并展开抚绥蒙古、处理政务、参与热河事务管理等政治活动,深化了清廷对蒙古地区的统辖,加强了中央对北部边疆的统治,客观上提升了热河地区的政治地位,促进了热河地区经济发展。

| Abstract: | In order to strengthen the management of Mongolian region, emperor Kangxi built Mulan Paddock and Summer Resort. Emperor Kangxi and emperor Qianlong frequently made inspection tours to conciliate Mongolia, handle political affairs, participate in the affairs of the area that had reinforced the governance of the Qing court for Mongolian region, strengthened the rule of the northern border and objectively promoted the political status of the area, and propelled its economic development. |
