电泵特性换算新方法—平均积分法的研究

摘    要:考虑到不同的介质对电泵的运转有不同的影响,其特性也就不同.因此,对电泵的特性进行换算,给出了一套全新的电泵特性换算方法平均积分换算法.运用此法,既可以对电泵在无汽蚀工况下工作时的特性进行换算,又可以对有部分泵级工作在汽蚀工况下的电泵特性进行换算.

Abstract:The conversion of the characteristics of electric submersible centrifugal pumps (ESCPs) is an important basis in optimization and diagnosing of the pumps. This is also a fundamental theory for oilfield engineers to use the pumps. Characteristics of the pumps are different for different working media. A new conversion method, the average integrating method, is proposed in this paper. It can be used not only for non cavitation situation, but also for cavitation situation.
