基于机会维修的复杂系统维修费用仿真研究

摘    要:针对由多个具有不同失效率部件组成的复杂系统,为了准确掌握其维修费用率,考虑和分析了部件之间在维修方面存在的经济相关性和实际的最小维修情况,采用机会维修策略,设计了系统维修费用的仿真算法。算法中对更换维修及最小维修下的随机故障时间的产生进行了研究。最后通过算例,验证了该仿真算法的正确性。

Abstract:A complex system is composed of different components that have different failure rate. In order to obtain its maintenance cost rate accurately, the economic dependence among the components and minimal maintenance was considered and analyzed, and the opportunistic maintenance was adopted. The generation of the failure time was researched based on replacement maintenance and minimal maintenance, and then the simulation algorithm was designed. Finally, by an example, the result shows that the simulation algorithm is logical.
