| 摘 要： | 2006年是实施“十一五”规划的第一年，是科技工作全面落实自主创新的开局之年。科技工作正处于非常重要的转折时期，也面临一个超常规的大发展时期。学习贯彻落实全国科学技术大会精神，全省科技工作要提前部署，及早安排，有所作为，为全省经济社会的发展提供可靠的支撑。同时我们也把党风廉政建设会议结合在一起，通过加强党风廉政建设，为科技事业的发展提供坚强的政治保障。下面讲四个方面的内容。
