摘    要:Marx装置中气体开关的可靠击穿是同步的关键,必须对其触发回路进行研究,使开关能在极短时间内依次连续击穿。利用ATP-EMTP软件进行触发回路的仿真研究,得到模拟实际触发开关中的触发脉冲。通过研究分析触发电缆的长度、波阻抗以及触发电阻对触发脉冲的影响,并结合气体开关的电压建立时间以及触发脉冲波形的要求,给出了Marx装置触发回路合理的参数选择;并仿真产生了符合要求的触发脉冲波形,保证气体开关的可靠击穿与装置的同步性能。

Abstract:It is necessary to research trigger circuit, due to reliable breakdown gas switches of Marx device is the key of synchronization, and making the gas switches are breakdown in turn at a short time. In this paper, ATP-EMTP is used to analyze trigger circuit, which obtains the trigger pulse of simulated actual trigger switch. Through researching the relationship between trigger pulse and trigger cable length, wave impedance and trigger resistance; that gains reasonable parameter of trigger circuit combining voltage setup time of gas switches and trigger pulse waveform, moreover, this simulation obtains trigger pulse waveform to meet the requirements,and it can prove the reliable breakdown of gas switches and the optimization of Marx device.
